WEB OFFSET NEWSLIGHT 36Newslight 36 is a single width, single circumference machine, running at a maximum speed of 36,000 impressions per hour. All controls are PLC based for ease of operation, which reduces make ready time and improves productivity. Newslight 36 is widely used for printing newspapers, supplements, textbooks, magazines etc. Short web path ensures excellent print quality and reduced waste. This provides an excellent price performance ratio. Newslight 36 incorporates high quality gears and precision bearings mounted in high grade stress-relieved cast iron which is machined on top quality CNC machines. These features together with the short vertical web lead, help ensure stable colour register in all colours.

Newslight 36 printing units are available in H unit and mono units. To print 4+4, tower configuration with two H units stacked on top of each other is the most suitable layout. Tower configuration is also available to print 4+1 and 4+2.

It' s a storage facility for stacking bags. It can also be used for stacking and loading into trucks. This machine can realize logistics automation, reduce labor strength, improve production efficiency, and save costs.
Stacking system consists of long conveyor, mechanical stacking machine and electric control. Flour bags from the production line are collected by the long conveyor, directed by the tuming mechanism, then conveyed by a rotating conveyor under the wheel to pallets for stacking. With the longitudinal movement of the machine, the rotation of the rotating conveyor, and the rising and descending of the lifting mechanism, flour bags can reach effective positions in the warehouse and be stacked in effective height range.

This Fully-automatic BIB Filler | WEB Fed Bag-in-Box Filling Machine is especially for filling spout-prepared bags with a wide range of liquids like drinking water, juice, milk, edible oil and beverage. It features fully-automatic by employing PLC and touch screen control system. The whole process of cutting apart from the fed continuous bags, delivering to heads for decapping, vacuumization (optional), nitrogen injection (optional), filling, capping and transiting to the conveyor can be completed automatically, no human operation required.

This filling machine can cap various spigots including Vitop and Scholle's. It is designed with CIP (Clean in Place) function and circuit connection.
