Skill characteristics
Both positive and negative electrodes are single material tank configuration, and the pole piece in the material trough has real-time floating structure;
The use of slight bending, brush, shaking action and elastic sucker can effectively prevent multi piece phenomenon;
The second accurate positioning ensures the alignment of the pole piece;
The equipment is equipped with dust removal device, which can collect the dust falling off the pole piece and ensure the cleanness of the machine table;
The positive and negative electrode pressing claws alternately press the positive and negative plates to prevent cross contamination;
Before lamination, the positive and negative material trough is separated by a partition plate to prevent cross contamination;
The separation membrane blows dry ion air to remove the static electricity of diaphragm;
The ultrasonic sensor installed in the secondary positioning can detect the duplicate and missing pieces;
The servo driven laminating table is adopted to make the force of each layer of pole piece uniform;
The imported traceless buffer suction cup is adopted to effectively prevent the electrode from blotting and indentation;
It has diaphragm recovery function and diaphragm deviation correction function.
