The manufacturing process includes coil feeding of the non-woven, nose bridge feeding as well as positioning, ultrasonic roll welding, ear-loop welding, mask folding, punching, waste discharge and masks collecting. Except materials loading to be done by manual, other functions are fully automatically run. The output are 35-45 pcs / min sustainable work.

Pattern Welding

Ear-loop Welding
The whole roll is loaded, the length of the ear-loop can be adjusted, ultrasonic welding is used, and the welding is firm
Folding Form
Adjustable triangular plate with adjustable height and angle to ensure the centering of the mask
