Dear Principal and Direct Buyer,

Our company has the ability to sell and supply Nitrile Glove/Non Powder.

Purchased Order (PO) can be from small quantity like 100K box to large quantity like 1Mil up to 100Mil boxes. Original products are from Malaysia, Vietnam, and other countries to be allocated and delivered to Buyer's demands.

Price is from $6.00/box - $6.50/box (FOB) at LAX, Los Angeles, USA

Package: 100 pcs per box; 10 box per case; 1000 pcs per case

To protect commission for broker or intermediary, please send the NCNDA and IMFPA to us. We will sign and return to you. Your IMFPA will be binding with SPA for completed transaction.

Procedure:
1. Please send LOI with letter head, stamped, and signed by the Buyer or Manager.
LOI indicates the brand name, type, model of products, description, purchased quantity, such as Nitrile Glove/Non Powder, target price, destination location, delivery time, payment term.
2. Please provide either POF, bank statement, BCL, or LC to purchase the amount of products.
3. Terms of sale: 100% DLC, or LC, or 100% Escrow deposit / trust account.
4. Buyer will receive Purchase Sale Agreement (SPA).
5. Buyer and Seller will sign on SPA. SPA and LC will submit to the bank to activate the contract of purchased order.
6. Buyer will receive copy of SGS before shipment sent to Buyer's destination.
7. During the transfer of the goods, the Buyer will be receive
- Certificate of products
- Bill of lading, shipment document and other documents related to products.
8. Buyer will receive products at Buyer's port or destination. Buyer will finally verified products and Bank will released the LC for payment to Seller.
9. Transaction will be completed. Next Purchased Order of product will repeat again.
