Operation instruction of platinum cure silicone rubber
Step one: take 100g of part a and 100g of part b and mix in 1:1 and mix the two part evenly.
Step two: vacuum pumping

The platinum cure silicone rubber can be applied to the mold making industries that used the fiberglass, gypsum, resin, candle, soap, etc. as raw material; or the food mold making industries, tire casting, rapid prototyping and artificial stone crafts. Operation method of the platinum cure silicone rubber:
1.Mix the platinum cure silicone rubber and the catalyst in a mixing ration of 1:1 and do the process of the vacumn pumping. (If there is no vacumn machine, you can just pour the mixture slowly from the corner so that less bubbles caused.)
2.Put the product which is covered with a layer of release agent in the middle of a squre frame formed of 4 wooden or plastic plates.
3.Pour the mixture into the frame.
4.After 3 to 5 hours, when the silicone cured, get out the original mold, then you get a finished platinum cured silicone mold.

Operation tips of rtv liquid moulding silicone rubber
a. adding too much silicone oil will destroy the molecular of silicone rubber, which will cause a decrease of the tensile and tear strength of the mold and deformation may occur.
b. remember to take the proper silicone rubber to make the mold for suitable products. for products with delicate and complicated patterns, you are expected to use soft silicone to make molds. While for products with easy and smooth patterns, you should choose hard silicone rubber.
