Pumping pump is a common downhole device driven by a pumping unit to pump crude oil from the well to the ground. General pumping pump is mainly composed of four parts: barrel, suction valve, plunger, and exclusion valve. According to the fixed way of sucker rod pump in the underground, it can be divided into rod pump and tubing pump.
Sucker rod pump is equipped with a support joint (there are two support joints in API-RHBM-AC), attached to the tubing string, which will down to the bottom of the well with the tubing string. Plunger assembly connected to rod string and together with the pump overall down to joint position, then the pump is fixed inside the joint. Plunger assembly with the sucker rod string up and down reciprocating movement to achieve pumping work.When it breaks down, no need to lift the tubing string out, just put the whole pump out of the well through the rod string.
A beam and crank assembly creates reciprocating motion in a sucker-rod string that connects to the downhole pump assembly. The pump contains a plunger and valve assembly to convert the reciprocating motion to vertical fluid movement.
As the beam pumping system rocks back and forth, this operates the rod string, sucker rod and sucker rod pump, which works similarly to pistons inside a cylinder. The sucker rod pump lifts the oil from the reservoir through the well to the surface.

A pumpjack is the overground drive for a reciprocating piston pump in an oil well. It is used to mechanically lift liquid out of the well if not enough bottom hole pressure exists for the liquid to flow all the way to the surface. The arrangement is commonly used for onshore wells producing little oil.
Because of their characteristic shape and motion, pumpjacks, also called beam pumps, are often given fanciful names such as "lonely birds" and "nodding donkeys." Whatever name you call them, such pumps are critical to crude oil production.

The pump adopts two pumps in series with different diameters to form a double-pump and single-action pump. During the operation, the upper and lower pumps suck and drain liquid simultaneously. The tail pipe is connected under the pump and a packer is installed between the tail pipe and the casing to separate the upper and lower oil level to realize separate layer production, which avoids the inference of layer difference and improves the pumping efficiency.

Sucker rod pump is equipped with a seating nipple(there are two seating nipples in API-RHBM-AC) , seating nipple connection is on the tubing string, down to the bottom of the well with the tubing string. Plunger assembly connection is on the sucker rod string and with the pump overall down to seating nipple position together , pump with fixed inside the seating nipple.Plunger assembly with the sucker rod string up and down reciprocating movement to achieve pumping work.
If the pump meet quality problem, it needn't to put forward the tubing string, only need to put the whole pump forward well through the sucker rod string together , operation is simple.
