Straightener Cum Decoiler
Cradle type decoiler cum straightener.
In coil cradle instead of expandable mandrel the coil is placed on driven rollers with adjustable side plates for centering. The side plates are optionally provided with side rollers for prevention of damage in sides for delicate coils.

4ã??The material rack and straightener are integrated, chain drive, chrome plated roller, special endless speed change device controls the discharging speed, with strong durability.
5ã??The uncoiling adopts splint on both sides, driven by the feeding roller, which is pulled by leveling part to control the speed.
6ã??Leveling roller adopts chromium steel 40CRï¼?after conditioning ,high frequency quenching ,hard chromium plating. Surface hardness HRC60 degreeï¼?chrome plating thickness unilateral 0.05mmï¼?high hardness, strong durability.
7ã??Leveling adjustment adopts four independent fine-tuning, which is controlled by scale, simple and practical.
8ã??Use L type iron frame induction frame inductionï¼?Mainly suitable for the material is lighter and smaller, the surface requirements are not high stamping productionï¼?It is often used with air feeder, with an economical punching automatic production line.
