1. Introduction:
The machine is used for producing parallel paper drums automatically. It consists of paper stand, gluing device (automatic cycle system with gear pump), paper cutting device, tube/drum winder, drum cutting device, tube/drum discharging device. This machine vacuum-absorbs paper on mandrel automatically. The mandrel is retractable/collapsible mandrel which will make drum discharging easily from mandrel. The machine is controlled by Siemens PLC, Touching panel and Delta inverter. One mandrel is with machine. Extra mandrel needs extra payment.
