CR-6061-2 Capacitive Fuel Level Transmitter (Sensor) This sensor is a special product for lubricating fuel. It can be used for long-term operation in high temperature and high viscosity. It is tailored for accurate measurement of generator fuel level mechanical equipment.

The whole machine does not have any movable or elastic parts, and is resistant to impact, easy to install, high in reliability, high in precision, and good in performance and price. It can be installed in various occasions to accurately measure and control the fuel level of gasoline, diesel fuel and hydraulic fuel. It is also suitable for the measurement of various non-conductive liquids. Such products can also be used to measure conductive media in the case of particularly harsh on-site conditions, particularly severe electromagnetic interference, and particularly high agitation.

The core components of the product are converted into standard electrical signals (typically 4-20 mA) using an advanced RF capacitance detection circuit through a 16-bit microcontroller with precise temperature compensation and linear correction. Optional HART, CANBUS, 485 communication protocol for system configuration. The full range of transmitters are self-calibrating, allowing users to automatically calibrate zero and range with buttons or leads to suit different requirements in complex locations.

Working principle
The sensing part of the CR-6061-2 capacitive fuel level transmitter (sensor) is a coaxial container that causes a change in the capacitance between the sensor housing and the sensing electrode when the fuel enters the container.
