Its wear resistance is 266 times that of manganese steel and 171.5 times that of high chromium cast iron. From our customer follow-up over the past decade, under the same load, it can extend the equipment service life by at least 10 times.
3.Alumina wear-resistant sheet is lightweight
Its density is 3.6g/cm3, just half of iron and steel, which greatly reduces the equipment load.
4.Alumina wear-resistant sheet is securely bonded and highly heat resistant
Our alumina wear-resistant ceramic sheet is attached to the equipment inner wall by heat resistant super glue and can work constantly under 350 without ageing. The organic adhesive for attaching the product withstands 750 temperature. The heat resistance and bonding performance of the adhesive is far ahead of other products in China.
