ZJHL pneumatic cage control valve is a top-guided low noise control valve consisting of a multi-spring pneumatic actuator and a low flow resistance cage regulator valve body. The multi-spring actuator is low in height, light in weight and easy to install. The valve trim uses a single-seat piloted spool. Pneumatic diaphragm cage control valve mainly uses the pressure of the fluid to achieve rapid movement of the spool and low operating force. The sealed type adopts a single-seat seal to achieve high accuracy of the flow characteristic curve. The valve body runner of pneumatic cage control valve is S streamlined, which has the advantages of compact structure, light weight, sensitive action, small pressure drop loss, large valve capacity, accurate flow characteristics and convenient maintenance. It can be used in harsh working conditions. The pneumatic diaphragm cage control valve has good dynamic stability, low noise and anti-cavitation, and it is suitable for controlling high-pressure differential fluids of various temperatures. The pneumatic diaphragm cage control valve is mainly suitable for occasions where the leakage is very small and the pressure drop of the control valve is large
