STABIFLO-TS-CWS-623 is a Tapioca based Pregelatinized Hydroxypropyl Distarch Phosphate (E-1442). It is Vegan, Gluten-Free and Plant-based. STABIFLO-TS-CWS-623 has a high process tolerance, excellent freeze-thaw stability, thickening properties, higher water holding capacity and emulsification properties. It is a highly versatile starch and recommended for use in alkaline conditions, high pH foods and also in foods containing acid. STABIFLO-TS-CWS-623 has excellent cold temperature stability and provides a smooth, creamy texture.
