STANDARD FOB PROCEDURE TRANSACTION 1. The Buyer issues an official ICPO and TSA containing the Seller´s procedure with banking details and Company Profile.
2. The Refinery verifies the Buyer ICPO and TSA with Company profile and Seller issues a Commercial Invoice of the product in tanks to be sign by buyer along with the buyer tank storage and Hub Number of the buyer tank
. 3. Upon the signed Ci received by buyer, Seller issues the below POP documents to the Buyer´ for verification. a) Injection Report b) Dip Test Authorization Letter(DTA) c) Authorization to Sell and Collect d) Fresh SGSReport e) Authorization to verify the product in the Seller´s Tank(ATV)
4. The Buyer inspects by SGS on the Buyer´s expenses and sends to the Seller TSR after the Receipt of successful Dip Test report is received.
5. Seller Issues the following
document to Intermediaries and the Buyer endorsed NCNDA/IMFPA.
6. Upon successful Dip Test in tanks, product will immediately be injected into Buyer´s Tanks.
7. The Buyer makes Payment for the product via MT103 exchange for title.

This offer is aimed at determined and serious buyers.
We offer a process without ICPO through our refineries.
The buyer participates through a joint venture agreement with the best market price.
The on-boarding process is carried out with the buyer and the refinery via our compliance department.
The buyer sends the following documents with the JV-SPA so that the onboarding process can be started.
- The buyer shows (1) CIS + (2) business balance sheet for 2022, 2023 and 2024/25 + (3) list with the number and amount of fuel transactions made by him and the settlement location
- The buyer enters into a 50/50 profit sharing joint venture agreement with our company and confirms to provide all supporting documents.
- The proofs (1, 2, 3) for the onboarding process are sent by the buyer after the joint venture agreement has been confirmed in writing.
- The buyer has direct access to the respective refinery with positive confirmation of the joint venture agreement, the supply contract of the refinery is concluded directly with the buyer.

Quantity: Minimum of 50,000 BBL per month and Maximum of 500,000 BBL per month Price: GROSS $76/Net$74 per Barrels, FOB. GROSS $88/Net$86 per Barrels, CIF.
FOB TRANSACTION PROCEDURE:-
1. Buyer issues ICPO incorporated with Seller's working procedures, Buyer's banking details, company registration certificate and Buyers Passport.
2. Seller issues Commercial Invoice and ICC Warning letter to Buyer, Buyer signs and returns Commercial Invoice and ICC Warning letter within 48 hours.
3. Seller issues a copy of Valid TSR from world renowned tank storage company to Buyer to make official contact with seller storage tank to request for
fresh SGS and Injection report in the buyers company name at Buyers expense.
4.Buyer conducts DIP TEST to obtain Fresh SGS and take over Sellers tank by extending the tank in Buyer's company name or providing TSR/Vessel Q88 for injection of product.
5. Upon successful completion of the tank take over or injection process, Buyer makes full payment for the total value of product injected via TT wire MT103.
6. Seller confirms payment and transfers Product Title alongside full POP documents to Buyer and pays commission to intermediaries as per NCNDA/IMFPA.
7. Within 5 banking days, Seller and Buyer companies negotiate for subsequent monthly shipments as per terms and conditions of contract between companies.

CIF TRANSACTING PROCEDURE
1. Buyer issues CP, ICPO inserting seller's terms and procedures.
2. Seller issues draft contract/SPA which is open for amendments.
3. Buyer returns the signed draft contract with NCNDA/IMFPA and a letter of guarantee to perform.
4. Seller submits the signed SPA for registration and legalization with the appropriate authorities.
5. Seller sends the below listed partial pop documents to buyer via mail.
A. statement of availability of product
B. commitment to supply the product
C. certificate of origin
D. Product Passport
6. Buyer within 7 banking days issues DLC swift MT700 or SBLC swift MT760 according to Seller's fiduciary bank
verbiage to seller nominated fiduciary offshore bank account for first month shipment, and whereby buyer fail to issue
payment instrument within 7 banking days, buyer will make cash deposit of $290, 000 by TT wire transfer for
allocation and security guarantee to enable seller charter vessel and commence shipment, and this payment shall be
deducted from the total cost of product after inspection at discharge port.
7. Seller bank issues the full set of proof of product (pop) and shipping document with 2%pb (performance bond) to
buyer's bank. QQ Certificate & Product passport docs, all will be issued on time.
8. Shipment commences immediately as scheduled in the contract.
9. Buyer pays for the total product value via TT/MT103 to the seller's bank after successful SGS/CIQ inspection at
discharge port and tittle of product ownership transferred to buyer.
10. Seller pays all intermediaries involved in transaction as per signed NCNDA/IMFPA within 72 hours.
