The polyester staple fiber machine (PSF plant) takes virgin PET Chips, recycled Bottle Flakes, Popcorn and Lumps, etc., as raw material, with continuous drying (or batch drying through Vacuum Dryer), high pressure melt spinning process engineering and VFD controlled Spinning & Stretching process engineering to produce normal Staple Fibre, High Tenacity Low Elongation Staple Fibre and Hollow Fibre. Single plant capacity is 15T.P.D. to 80T.P.D.

For forming of Toilet Soap.
Soap Strips is formed in the Toilet Soap Milling Machine.
Thin Soap Strips is fed to the Toilet Soap Plodder Machine.
Press worm strongly compresses & forwards the soap strips into the conical
forepart through the heating device.
A heating device is for maintaining proper temperature for the fed material.
Temperature is maintained with the Electric Thermostat device.
Toilet Soap Plodder Machine compresses the Soap Strips and extrudes it in the form of bars.
The bars extruded from the Die are of the desired shape and width, than after is cut into required length. Changeable Die.
Single Worm (L-3A Worm Dia. 12.7).
Refining Screen Barrel is provided for refining and homogenizing the soap.
Cooling jacket is provided at the plodder cylinder.
