The Quartz B grade material has visible red and yellow patches. It can be used for various industrial applications like ceramics, engineering stones, used as filler in manufacture of paint and rubber.
B grade quartz: Quartz lumps with one or more sides contaminated with iron oxidation marks, clay, etc.
1. Oversize (% by weight) using NABL calibrated test sieves of Jayant Scientific = <20%
2. Undersize (% by weight) using NABL calibrated test sieves of Jayant Scientific = <20%
3. Contamination (number) which is visually counted in terms of black and red-yellow particles in ~50 inch2 or ~324 cm2 area = <50
