Product Description:

Beetroot dry flakes are made from fresh, high-quality beets that are carefully dehydrated and sliced into thin, uniform pieces. The drying process preserves the natural color, flavor, and nutritional properties of the beetroot while extending its shelf life. The result is a lightweight, shelf-stable product that can be easily rehydrated or used as-is in a variety of culinary and health applications.

Soups & Stews: Add beetroot dry flakes to soups, broths, and stews for a rich, earthy flavor and a pop of color. Simply rehydrate the flakes in hot water or broth before adding them to the dish.
Salads: Sprinkle beetroot flakes over salads as a natural, nutrient-packed topping. The rehydrated flakes add texture, color, and flavor to fresh greens, grains, or roasted vegetables.
Smoothies & Juices: Blend rehydrated beetroot flakes into smoothies or juices for a vibrant color boost and a healthy dose of antioxidants and vitamins.

Product Description:

Lemon dry flakes are dehydrated lemon pieces that have been carefully dried to preserve the natural flavor, aroma, and nutrients of fresh lemons. These flakes are typically made from fresh lemon peel or whole lemon slices that are gently air-dried, freeze-dried, or dehydrated at low temperatures. The drying process locks in the tangy, citrus flavor of the fruit, making the flakes an excellent ingredient for a wide variety of culinary and wellness uses.

Baked Goods: Use lemon dry flakes in muffins, cakes, cookies, and breads to add a tangy citrus flavor. Simply mix them into the batter or sprinkle them on top for extra flavor.
Salad Dressings & Sauces: Rehydrate lemon flakes in a bit of water and add to homemade dressings, marinades, or sauces for a bright, zesty kick.
Soups & Stews: Add lemon dry flakes directly to soups, stews, or risottos to enhance the flavor profile with a citrusy note.

Ginger (Zingiber Officinale) is a commodity that is highly valued in international markets for its aroma, pungency and high oil and Aleo resin content.

Nigeria is the third largest exporter of ginger in the world after China and India. Most of the dried ginger that are available for international trade are simply sun dried over a few days, but artificial drying is also used in areas lacking a defined dry season to coincide with the harvest.

The rhizome is dried to 10-12 percent moisture content. Dried ginger is usually presented in a split or sliced form. Splitting is said to be preferred to slicing, as slicing loses more flavor, but the sliced are easier to grind and this is the predominant form of dried ginger currently in the market
