DC01 steel (1.0330 material) is a cold formed European standard cold rolled high-quality low-carbon steel plate. In BS and DIN EN 10130 standards, it includes five other steel types: DC03 (1.0347), DC04 (1.0338), DC05 (1.0312), DC06 (1.0873) and DC07 (1.0898). The surface quality is divided into two types: DC01-A and DC01-B.
DC01-A: Defects that do not affect the formability or surface coating are allowed, such as air holes, slight dents, small marks, slight scratches and slight coloring.
DC01-B: The better surface shall be free of defects that may affect the uniform appearance of high-quality paint or electrolytic coating. The other surface shall meet at least surface quality A.

Performance and application of material ST37: the material has good performance, that is, through cold rolling, it can obtain cold rolled strip and steel plate with thinner thickness and higher precision, with high straightness, high surface finish, clean and bright surface of cold rolled plate in Taiwan Strait, easy to be coated, various varieties, wide application, high stamping performance, non aging, and low yield point.

Now the common round steel processes are hot rolling, forging and cold drawing. The steel quality and application scope of these three processing modes will also have some differences. For example, the specification of hot rolling is generally 5.5-250MM, and the appropriate steel can be selected according to the actual needs.
Generally, parts are manufactured by machinery or used as seamless steel pipe blanks, and steel is also used in some building construction.
Round steel has relatively high strength, high hardenability and very good toughness, so its pressure bearing capacity is also guaranteed. Even if it is used at high temperature, the creep strength is high and the durability is also guaranteed.
