It is a kind of test equipment which conforms to the research field of modern material mechanics and specially research of properties of the fatigue mechanical. The testing machine is mainly used for testing the mechanical properties of tensile and compressive fatigue specimens of metal and non-metallic materials of various sizes and specifications
The system can be used for dynamic loading experiments of materials and the dynamic response characteristic of materials under high frequency fatigue loading of high temperature vacuum or atmosphere. The whole machine should be able to work stably in 100Hz, 100kN dynamic loading and amplitude of 0.3mm for a long time. It is composed of main engine, servo actuator, high frequency servo valve, controlle and software, constant pressure servo pump station, high temperature furnace, vacuum system and pipeline system.
