Application:

2. The lac resin is non-toxic. Based on the excellent characteristics listed above, the shellac resin is applied to alcohol paints, electrical insulating materials, printing inks, rubber fillers, and its use for oil and acid resistance.

Alkyd resin is a resin synthesized from alkyd and polyacid. Due to the side effects such as internal esterification and etherification that occur during the esterification reaction between multivalent alcohols and polyacids, a resin formation reaction with extremely complex structure occurs. The specific gravity of alkyd resin is 2.16-2.24, with a heat resistance temperature of 210. It is opaque and has excellent chemical corrosion resistance. Its main use is as a seasoning and adhesive for coatings.

Application:
1. Deep color resin is commonly used as rubber softener, rubber additive, and is mainly used for making types, rubber tubes, covey belt, triangle belt and rubber shoes.
2. It may improve rubber process capability, intensify physical property of rubber, improve the intensity, elasticity and antioxidant of manufacture.

Can be cured at between 120 150. Even higher temperature, it has good yellowing resistance. It is suitable for coil coating and can coating. It has very good results for dipping primer applications. It is also for clear gloss protective coating.

4, Instructions:

WL-182 can be diluted with water after neutralization by N,N-dimethyl ethanolamine the amount of which is about 4-5%of WL-182.It has tocombine waterborne amino resin to make baking coating. The suggested amount is about 20-30% of WL-182 by weight. The baking temperatureis above 120. The baking conditions and film properties are related with the amino resins used. Right amount of waterborne acidic catalysts canbe added when using methyl etherified amino resin(recommended adding amount is 0.5-1% of WL-182), which can accelerate solidifying.

PH value of the coating system can always be adjusted with organic amine or ammonia. Viscosity of the dispersion will increase as the PH valueincreases. The resin can help to wet pigments, so wetting agent may reduce.

5, Storage:

It is suggested that the product should be stored in a cool and dry weak alkaline place. The quality guarantee period is 6 months, and the expiredproducts can still be used after passing the inspections.
