High density polyethylene (HDPE) for non-toxic, tasteless, no smelly white particles, melting point is about 130 �° C, relative density of 0.941 ~ 0.960. It has good heat resistance and cold resistance, chemical stability, but also has high rigidity and toughness, good mechanical strength. Dielectric properties, environmental stress cracking resistance sex also is good.
Low DENSITY POLYETHYLENE (LDPE), commonly known as high-pressure POLYETHYLENE, is mainly used in plastic bags and agricultural film due to its LOW DENSITY and the softest material.
Linear Low Density Polyethylene (LLDPE) is a copolymer of ethylene and a small amount of advanced olefin in the presence of catalyst.LLDPE is similar to LDPE in appearance, with poor transparency and good surface gloss. LLDPE has the advantages of low temperature toughness, high modulus, bending resistance and stress cracking resistance, and good impact strength at low temperature.

Application
Typical applications for POLYVAE®YT-8012 : not only for blending with inorganic binders, such as cement, gypsum, plaster and hydrated lime for the manufacture of thin bed mortars, self-leveling mortars, wall troweling compounds, tile adhesive and joint filler, but also as the exclusive binder for synthetic-resin-bound systems.
Storage
POLYVAE YT-8012 should be stored in a cool and dry place and protected against moisture. Since the product is thermoplastic. the storage temperature not over 30 Deg.C. It should not be subjected to pressure of high temperatures during storage because of the risk of caking. Storage time should not exceed 6 months from receipt of delivery. If you cant use out one bag on time, youd better seal it again.

HDPE is one of the major thermoplastics and is a widely used type of polyethylene (PE). Its resins include ethylene homopolymers as well as copolymers of ethylene and alpha-olefin monomers such as 1-butene, 1-hexene and 1-octene.

HDPE has higher crystallinity compared to LDPE and LLDPE which results in higher mechanical properties such as stiffness, modulus and tensile strength, higher temperature resistance, improved barrier properties as well as improved chemical resistance to a variety of solvents and chemicals.

HDPE properties can be adjusted by controlling the molecular weight, molecular weight distribution, degree and type of short chain branching and amount of long chain branching to design resins with optimum performance for different end-use applications.

Applications: HDPE is used worldwide in a very large variety of applications such as rigid containers, toys, film products, sheet products, injection-molded articles, pressure and non-pressure pipes, geomembranes, automotive parts, and fuel tanks.

Features of PP plastic faucet



PP is a semi-crystalline material. It is harder than PE and has a higher melting point. Since the homopolymer PP is brittle at temperatures above 0 �° C, many commercially available PP materials are random copolymers with an ethylene content of 1-4% or block copolymers with a high ethylene content. Copolymer PP material has low heat distortion temperature (100C), low transparency, low gloss and low stiffness, but higher impact strength. The strength of PP increases with increasing ethylene content.

The Vicat softening temperature of PP is 150 �° C. Due to the high degree of crystallinity, this material has very good surface rigidity and scratch resistance.

PP does not have the problem of environmental stress cracking. Generally, PP is modified by adding glass fiber, metal additives or thermoplastic rubber. PP flow MFR range is 1 ~ 40. PP materials with low MFR have better impact resistance, but lower strength. For the same MFR material, the copolymer type has higher strength than the homopolymer type.

Due to crystallization, the shrinkage of PP is very high, usually 1.8% to 2.5%. The uniformity of shrinkage direction is much better than PE-HD and other materials. Adding 30% glass additives can reduce the shrinkage to 0.7%.

Homopolymer and copolymer PP materials have excellent resistance to moisture absorption, acid and alkali corrosion resistance and resistance to dissolution. However, it cannot resist aromatic hydrocarbons, such as benzene solvents, chlorinated hydrocarbon (carbon tetrachloride) solvents, etc.

And this property of the film helps to wrap the packages together with proper grip.
