Application: WL-2201 is a vulcanizing agent of natural rubber and various synthetic rubber (such as butylbenzene, chlorobutyl, butyronitrile and butyl), in particular to a rubber vulcanizing agent which is difficult to vulcanize due to the unsaturation. The invention is mainly used for manufacturing tires, joints, seals, transmission belts, food containers and the like, and can be directly added into the rubber material during mixing, and the vulcanizing agent has excellent high heat resistance, high pressure resistance and aging resistance.

Storage: Flaked phenolic resin should be stored in dry, ventilated and cool places (below 20 ) to avoid direct sunlight and stay away from heat sources. The storage period is 6 months (below 20 â??).

Application:Wl-2203 is a tackifier for natural rubber and synthetic rubber (such as butylbenzene, butyl, butyronitrile, triethylacrylate). Can be used for producing tires, belts, hoses, food containers, gaskets and soles, and the like. The resin can reduce the Mooney viscosity of the sizing material, improve the self-adhesive property of the sizing material, improve the physical and mechanical properties of the sizing material and the thermal aging property, and has no adverse effect on the vulcanized rubber.

Application note:
GLR-20 resin can be used as a methylene acceptor binder in the m-methyl-white system, which can completely replace the resorcinol monomer. Adhesion is produced by reaction with a methylene donor for adhesion of rubber to matrix materials; GLR-20 resin can also be used as an additive for phenolic resins to reduce processing time and reduce processing temperatures. Applications include: production of sandpaper, grinding wheels, clutch materials, plywood adhesives, etc.

Mainly used to produce melamine-formaldehyde resin. It also could be used fordecorating plates, amino-plastic, coherent agent, intensifier of paper currency, textile assistant, water-saving agent of cement and leather tanning agent, etc.
