Canned coconut milk produced from high-quality coconut aged 11-12 months which are carefully selected for processing. After grinding the coconut flesh is pressed to extract the coconut milk. The milk is pasteurized and packed in tin cans of 400mi and 2900ml.
Desiccated coconut is a dehydrated form of white coconut flesh taken from freshly selected mature coconut aged 11-12 months. this product usually contains no more than 4-5% moisture and 63% fat. A low-fat version is also available which contains approximately 25-35% fat maximum and 4-5% moisture maximum.
Desiccated coconut can be used in various applications including confectionery and bakery.
