This series of foaming agent has small and narrow particle size on average, with its foam holes being uniform and exquisite. Ultrafine forming agent enjoys good dispersibility and compatibility among various rubber materials.
Ultrafine foaming agent is widely used in many foaming process and atmospheric pressure foaming process, including extrusion, mould pressing and injection, of various high-demanded plastic and rubber, such as PE, PS, PP, EVA, PVC and other materials. It is particularly suitable for freedom foaming process of PVC/NBR system.
