The Cape Rock Lobster is also known as Spiny Lobster, Crayfish, Rock Lobster or Jasus Landii.
The meet is firmer, whiter and sweeter than the warm water lobster. It also has meet in their claws.
Our Lobster is mainly exported live although we can also supply frozen lobster.
