Our production facility is located in Dong Nai Province, Vietnam, with access to abundant local wood materials and strong logistics infrastructure. The factory covers 3,000m² and is equipped with CNC turning machines, sanding systems, and in-house finishing lines. The location allows easy export via Cat Lai Port.
We use sustainable and durable hardwoods such as acacia, ash, and rubberwood. Components are selected and dried to under 12% moisture content before shaping and finishing.
Our production process includes: wood drying, cutting, CNC shaping, sanding, and hand finishing. Products undergo quality checks before packaging. Machinery includes automatic wood lathes, sanders, and branding tools for custom OEM orders.
