SG-3000-1DD is designed by means having solved many problems and difficult basis on decade experience, such as: Polluted glass by excessive adhesive, asymmetrical heating, low production but high energy consume etc. It is equipped with multilayer vacuum beds, and each bed is able to put double units so that the production capacity is double times than normal oven. This is a unique design of SG-3000-1DD.
SG-3000-1DD has the characteristic of short time for heating up and cooling down, even temperature, low costs and low power consume.
The machines with different number of floors (from one floor to five floors) and working stations (single or double) are all available for your choice according to your production requirements.

PDLC film / polymer dispersed liquid crystal film is a light modulating material comprised of droplets of liquid crystal uniformly dispersed in a transparency or translucency, flexible plastic film. When power off, coming visible light scatters through the PDLC, and the film turns translucent; When power on, coming visible light transmits the PDLC and the Film turns clear.
The PDLC film would be applied on glass by special processing, so that have innovatory products called as PDLC (Polymer Dispersed Liquid Crystal) Glass is a kindly laminated glass, which can change to be transparent or non-transparent in instant by switching the electricity power by means applying with PDLC film.
