Transformer oil acid tester is a fully automatic measuring instrument which adopts the extraction method to accurately detect the insulating oil acid value. This instrument can improve the working efficiency and test accuracy, and at the same time ensure the safety of the body by reducing the operator's contact with the samples and reagents.

The acid value is the trace value of potassium sulfate that neutralizes the petroleum acid in 1g of oil, which contains a certain amount of inorganic acid and inorganic acid. The acid value includes organic and inorganic acids contained in the oil. In most cases, oil does not contain mineral acids. Therefore, the oleic acid value actually represents the content of organic acids in the oil. The organic acid contained in the new oil is mainly cyclonic acid. In the oil and in the process of use, the acid value of the oil produced by oxidation is an indicator to measure the degree of refining of the new oil. Whether the oil is running is an important indicator of the continued use of oil quality equipment.

PERSONAL AIR SAMPLER INTRODUCTION
THERE IS A CHANCE THAT WORKERS AT MANY INDUSTRIAL AND CONSTRUCTION SITES WILL BE EXPOSED TO HAZARDOUS DUST, VAPOURS, AND GASES. SINCE INHALATION IS TYPICALLY THE MOST MAJOR ROUTE OF ENTRY INTO THE BODY, IT IS CRUCIAL TO PAY CLOSE ATTENTION TO THE AIR THEY ARE BREATHING.
IN GENERAL, WE USE A SAMPLE PUMP TO EXTRACT A KNOWN VOLUME OF AIR THROUGH AN APPROPRIATE SAMPLING MEDIA. FILTER PAPER OR OTHER SUITABLE SOLID MEDIUM WOULD BE USED FOR PARTICLES AND FUMES, AND A SORBENT TUBE, OR PERHAPS AN IMPINGER OR BUBBLER, WOULD BE USED FOR GASES AND VAPOURS. For sampling of dust or particles, a suitable filter that has been placed in a filter holder serves as the sampling medium. An adsorption tube that is filled with pollutant-specific adsorbents like activated charcoal, tenax GC, etc. serves as the medium for sampling gases and vapours.
The filter or the adsorption tube must be the only one of the two media being utilised at once.
