Our marking tape is available in white, black, orange, yellow, blue, green and red colors. We have all facilities to develop any specific color shed as per customer choice.
The pigments, chemicals and coating technique is such that it sustains extreme weather conditions (-40 to +55degree Celsius). You get good printing results even if dye temperature is low. Ink gets good transfer results at 60-70 degree Celsius.
Print is fairly resistant to water and rubbing.
It is available in roll/spool of 1000meter to 3000meter length on 25mm id plastic core. We are also marking tapes in jumbo spool/bobbin of 20,000 meters length (20Km).
We are making tape in width 6mm, 7.5mm, 9mm and 10mm. However, we can make it in any width ranging from 6mm to 610mm.

Using method:
Hot stamping paste (h-c-t27) was printed onto cloth using 33t stencil, then bake at about 150íµ within 5-10 minutes, finally stamp. 180íµ, 1 second, pressure 4kg/cm2(hot stamping machine), 140-180íµ, 15-25second, pressure above 4kg/cm2.
Storage method:

(4) avoid the exposure of the sunshine
Caution:
(1) this product is qualified for international criterion, washing for 30 minute under30íµ together with the washing powder in the washing machine, the color doní»t fade.
(2) advise test after 24 hour of the hot stamping for the ideal effect.
