Upvc pipe fitting
These include injection moulded couplers, elbows, tees, end caps, male & female adaptor, reducers, etc. And are available from 20mm to 250mm sizes having pressure ratings 4, 6 & 10kgf/cm2 as per is: 7834-1987. Fabricated couplers and bends are also available from 63mm to 315mm sizes.
UPVC Plumbing Pipes & Fittings
These are available from +÷(15mm) to 4÷(110mm) sizes, in schedules 40, 80 & 120 as per ASTM-D-1785. The fittings for above sizes of pipes include Couplers, Elbows, Tees, Unions, Adaptors, Reducers, etc. and are available in 16kg/cm2 pressure rating. The threading of pipes & fittings are as per IS:554/BS:21. These pipes and fittings are used as substitutes / replacement for G.I. These are available from 20mm to 63mm sizes as per din 8077 & 8078. The pipes has pressure rating of 20kg/ cm2 & the fittings include couplers, elbows, tees, unions, adaptors, reducers, etc. And are available in 25kg/cm2 pressure rating. These pipes and fittings are used as substitutes / replacement for g.I. Pipes & fittings for applications in hot water supply lines in buildings, industries, etc. Also these can be used for heating systems inside the building including floor, compress air supply system, liquid food transportation etc..

UPVC Borewell Pipes
These types of pipes are used for bore well/tube well applications upto the depth of 250mtrs. The Casing Pipes are available from 1+÷ (40mm) to 10÷ (250mm) sizes, in CS & CM types for shallow wells & medium depth wells respectively. The Ribbed screen are available from 3÷ (80mm) to 10÷ (250mm)sizes. The casing pipes & ribbed screens are manufactured in accordance with IS:12818:1995 and threaded as per IS:554 BS:21 for sizes upto 80mm (3÷) while 4÷ (110mm) and above sizes are provided with trapezoidal threads.
The Rising Main Pipes are basically having dimension of schedule-80 pipes as per ASTM D-1785 & provided with square threads. Rising main pipes are used for tube wells & can be used with submersible pumps and jet pumps.
Special rubber sealing rings are provided to have leak proof joints and to absorb vibrations in the system.

Main advantage v can absorb linear expansion & contraction.
