Product Description
Ductile Iron Castings, its spheroidal graphite can improve the mechanical properties of many cast iron products, and the overall performance is similar to that of steel.It can be used in pressure pipes and fittings, generator parts in the automotive industry, agricultural machinery and construction applications.
Ductile iron is obtained by spheroidization to obtain spheroidal graphite, which can effectively improve the mechanical properties of cast iron, making its comprehensive properties similar to steel, and even stronger than carbon steel. There are many grades of ductile iron, because ductile iron needs to meet the requirements of high temperature or low temperature, corrosion resistance and so on in addition to the common requirements of strength and plasticity.
The casting processes include automatic molding line, resin sand, pre-coated resin sand, green sand, shell molding, and lost wax investment casting process. We also have our own machining workshop for rough and finish machining works.
Pearlitic rolls are composed by nodular graphite and carbides arranged in a pearlitic matrix. It's properties are similar to Indefinite Chill except that the graphite structure is changed from flake to spheroidal forms. Pearlitic rolls will have higher strength than Indefinite Chill. Pearlitic roll can be produced by static casting (Monoblock) or by using the centrifugal cast (CC) Double-pour method.
