The bonded NdFeB magnets are mainly used for all kinds of small and micro-motors, such as spindle motors, stepping motors, synchronous motors, DC motors and brushless DC motors. It can replace sintered NdFeB magnet and ferrite, make motor assembling simpler and more reliable, reduce costs and improve efficiency. The bonded NdFeB magnets are made by mould pressing of the NdFeB alloy powder with epoxy resin, and also it can be made by injection or extrusion of NdFeB alloy powder with plastic. The characteristics are as follows:
1.Higher magnet property: the magnet property of bonded NdFeB magnets is between that of sintered NdFeB and Ferrite, and has good consistency and stability.
2.Large freedom of product shapes and high precision of dimension: the magnet shape and dimension are decided by the moulds, and the magnets can be shaped into ring, tile, block, etc. without further sintering and mechanical processing.
3.Good corrosion resistance: after electrophoresis or other special treatments, it can be used under normal or unfavorable conditions for a long time.
4.Diverse magnetization: multi-pole magnetization and skew-pole magnetization are available, and the field distribution could be square, sinusoidal and so on.
5.It has high production efficiency, and is suitable for mass production.

Compression bonded magnets offers higher magnetic strength than injection molded magnets due to their higher magnetic particle density, but is unfortunately limited to simple geometric shapes due to the compaction process. The epoxy used is very resistant to normal industrial solvent and automotive fluids.The normal applications of these magnets range from below -40 and beyond 165.

The Incinerated scrap or E46, is the by-product derived from the reprocessing of incinerated domestic waste.
After the combustion process, the furnace output (IBA Incinerator bottom ash) is firstly washed, magnetically separated and screened to separate any no ferrous material.
At a visual inspection, the material is fragmentized, with iron and steel parts, resulting partly cut or in shredded form.
The stock appears heterogeneous and contains all kind of cut or dismantled steel parts such as sheets, bars, frames, wires, bolts and other iron/steel household residues.
The incinerated scrap is eventually oxidized, due to the thermal and cooling treatments, that the material has been submitted to. The burnt scrap also contains minor slag parts, ash and iron oxide, due to the recovery process.
Such components are inherent and adhere to the scrap surface. The total impurities, can be sorted, but not fully removed.
The consignment does not contain any type of arms, ammunition, mines, shells, cartridges, radioactive contaminated, or any other explosive material in any form either used or otherwise.
The collected stock, is stored in open air, on cemented flooring. It can be loaded loose in 20â?? heavy duty container.
