1. Nucleation rate of Titanium Carbon Aluminum Grain Refiners is Five Times as quick as Aluminum Titanium Boron. The desired modification effect will be seen in three minutes after Al-Ti-C is added. Refining effect of aluminum is very significant and the refining time could keep 45-60 minutes.
2. Effectively reduce the pinholes of aluminum foil as sizes of heterogeneous grain Tic is sub-micron, widely dispersed and disaggregated, so it's perfect for the process of aluminum foil.
3. Titanium Carbon Aluminum master alloys is much purer than Al-Ti-B, as potassium fluoridate isn't added during the production of AlTiC Grain Refiner
4. Reduce the inclusion content and eliminate the oxide layer and defects on the surface because of no TiB2 agglomeration in Al-Ti-C master alloys.
