YAAX offers Fruits and Vegetables dried in a variety of ways including Sun Dried, Dehydrated, Freeze Dried, Sweetened Dried, and Vacuum Microwave. The wide array of dried options, with varying moisture levels, allows for use in many different applications including snacks, bars, trail mixes, cereal, and baked goods.
