Autoclaved Aerated Concrete (AAC)
block is a low-maintenance precast building material with excellent thermal insulation and durability. The heat-insulating properties of AAC blocks keep the building cooler and prevent outside heat from entering, resulting in significant savings on air conditioning costs. AAC blocks also guarantee savings in foundation load, structural steel consumption, and mortar consumption.
If you want to build a house while being environmentally conscious, AAC blocks are the way to go. Autoclaved Aerated Concrete (AAC) is a certified green building material that is lightweight, load-bearing, high-insulating, durable, and three times lighter than red bricks.
Advantages Of AAC Blocks
-Easy & Faster Workability
- Disaster Resistant
- Thermal Insulation And Energy Conservation
- Soundproof
- Sustainable And Pocket-Friendly
- Fire Resistance
- Moisture Proof
ALC is called Aerated lightweight concrete. The blocks are made to aerate by creating a reaction between silica in base material such as fly ash, active lime, and aluminum powder.
ALC Blocks are largely used in various constructions, such as load bearing and pillar structure Buildings, Boundary walls, Roads, Culverts, Pavements, and wherever conventional bricks can be replaced.
ALC is produced from the common materials Fly-ash, Cement, lime, Aluminum and water, and a small amount of hardening agent. ALC has excellent thermal insulation and acoustic absorption properties. ALC is fire and pest resistant, and is economically and environmentally superior to the more traditional structural building materials such as concrete, wood, brick and stone.
1. Light in weight
3. Sound Insulation
4. Thermal Insulation
5. Lower Water absorption
6. Fire Protection
7. Material Saving Due to Lower Dead weight of Structure.
8. Easy to install.
** Quick Assembly:
Since it is a lightweight material and easy to work with, the assembly is much quicker and smoother. This increases production time when on-site.
** Workability:
Blocks can be easily cut, drilled, nailed, milled and grooved to fit individual requirements.
** Low Maintenance:
Reduces operating cost by 30% to 40%., reduces overall construction cost by 2.5% as it requires less jointing and reduces need for cement and steel.
** Faster Construction:
Different sizes of blocks help reduce the number of joints in wall masonry. Lighter blocks make construction easier and faster.
** Eco-friendly: Autoclaved Aerated Concrete Block is well known as an environmentally friendly construction material. Generates no pollutants / hazardous wastes.
We can customize Block size as per customer need.
Some Standard sizes are as follow:
24" x 8" x 4”
24" x 8" x 6”
24" x 8" x 8”
24" x 8" x 9”
Ever wondered how our top-quality AAC blocks are made? Heres a glimpse into our manufacturing process:
Mixing: High-quality raw materials are mixed to form a slurry.
Molding: The mixture is poured into molds and allowed to rise.
Cutting: The solidified material is cut into precise block sizes.
Autoclaving: Blocks are steam-cured at high pressure for maximum strength.
Our meticulous process ensures each block meets the highest standards. Discover the craftsmanship behind our AAC blocks!
