was less than 3.5%, demonstrating sufficient resistance against loads
High strength, the inner surface is smooth (friction coefficient is small, the cable is light and smooth, no damage to the cable) , light weight (weight only 1/4 of steel pipe, concrete pipe 1/10 or so, transport is convenient, installation is simple) , not deformation.
No galvanic corrosion, non magnetic, suitable for single core cable laying, will not produce eddy current.
Good corrosion resistance, high water or seawater erosion performance.
Heat resistant, can be used in 120.
Insulation, corrosion resistance, no rust, the service life of 50 years or more do not have to maintain, a benefit for life.

WHY NEW MATERIAL HDPE PIPES?
1. Health performance
PE pipe processing without adding heavy metal salt stabilizer, no scaling layer, and no bacteria.
2. Corrosion resistance
It can resist various chemical media erosion, with no electrochemical corrosion.
3. Service life
Under rated temperature and pressure conditions, PE pipes can be used for more than 50 years.
4. Impact resistance
PE pipe toughness, high impact strength, heavy objects directly pressed through the pipeline will not break.
5. Connection performance
The strength of the hot melt or electric melt interface of the polyethylene HDPE pipe is higher than that of the pipe body, and the joint will not be broken due to soil movement or live load.
6. Construction performance
It has a lightweight pipe weight, a simple welding process, convenient construction, and a low overall project cost.
