About the hydraulic rail transfer cart, it is an electric transfer cart running on rails. In order to meet the specific demands, the cart installed the hydraulic lifting device. The hydraulic rail transfer cart is powered towed cable. Certainly the hydraulic rail transfer cart can be powered by other power supply mode as per demands.


Working Principle

When the hydraulic rail transfer cart moves, the cable pulls behind the cart. The cable is connected to the ground at one end, while the other is powered by an electric control box on hydraulic rail transfer cart, and then provide the power to the engine. The hydraulic rail transfer cart conduct AC 380V directly into the electrical control system of the hydraulic rail transfer cart to let it start, stop, go forward and backward and so on.


Other Addition Device Can be Installed

As per the transported cargoes, the V frame, U frame, rubber pad, wooden pad, weighing device...can be equipped.

As per the working environment, the anti-high temperature, anti-explosion, anti-rust, anti-skid measure can be adopted properly.
