The kinds of electric material handling carriage, it is an electric transfer carriage powered by cable drum which is installed at the bottom of the carriage. It is designed for transporting cargoes or equipment from one bay to another in factory, from indoor to outdoor. It has widely applied in the industry transportation field, our company can designed the carriage to meet our customers' demand.

It gets power AC380v through the device of cable drum. The motor is controlled by the power through AC control system. By the principle, we can make it to start, stop, goforward, backforward etc.


Parts Show

Cart Frame
The frame adopts box beam structure according to the crane principle and combined with the design of the carriage. It is with large load capacity, long service lifetime. Besides, not easy deformation and can effectively ensure the smooth of the platform.

Railway Wheel
About the railway wheel, its material is ZG55, change conveniently, install easily, the larger capacity cargoes can be transported, the largest capacity can reach to 500T. And the railway wheels are manufactured and assemblied by ourselves.

Cable Drum
The curl torque is large adjustment range, higher synchronism, which makes the working and operation more neatly and easily. And the cable arranger can be installed to arrange the cables if the distance is long (>=50m).


Specifical Add Device
Some specifical device can be added. Such as sound & light aralm, bumper device, automatioc stop device and other device as your demands.


Handle & Remote Control
There are handle control and remote control two methods, certaily, control panel also can be installed as your demands.
