Top-mounted high-speed positive cam shedding device NPA408C is suitable for all types of air-jet looms. It can weave various fabric types that within 10 weft picks. The design of high-precision conjugated cams is incorporated into this device. The conjugated cams control the heald frames to move precisely according to given motion law through connecting parts, and keep them moving up and down smoothly even when loom runs at high speed. The cam box is fully enclosed and lubricated via oil bath inside. Double-side sealed bearings are used for all the connecting parts outside of frame box. Lever arm shaft and lever arm are joint with needle bearing, which is lubricated with grease to guarantee the service life.
