Machine functions:

1. Equips lifting and clamping mechanical arms to lift, clamp and adjust jumbo paper roll, improving efficiency and reducing manual;

2. Motor-driven to lift knife carriage. Keep certain distance between knife carriage and rewind rolls, ensure precise slitting;

3. Adopt big knife carriage, reduce knife-jumping phenomenon largely, ensure quicker and stable slitting process;

4. Adopt automatic pneumatic unloading technical. Avoid low efficiency by human working, reduce working intensity;

5. Adopt single-shaft center rewinding mold, reduce compressive strength requirement, ensure better rewinding effect;

6. Adopt human-machine interface specialized operation system, more convenient operation;

7. Digital control tension control system, do not need manual adjusting tension, ensure good slitting rewind effect.
