Deliveries are made ASWP with loading ports including Houston, Rotterdam, and Vladivostok, or any other safe world port. Payment terms are MT103 / T/T Telegraphic Transfer. Inspection by SGS or similar inspection agencies. Commission is split 50% seller's mandate and 50% buyer's mandate. Insurance covering 110% of shipment value is paid by the seller.
