Fixed Sand Screening & washing Plant is one of the solutions in the manufacturing quarries, where crushed stone products or any type of construction aggregate need to be sorted into fractions for the further use. Aggregate sorting plant can be used for both stone and sand products, as long as it is mixed of different fraction sizes. Also, sorting plants can be supplied with sand washing system, so that clay and sand crushed out from the main product is washed away, to be readily usable at the end.

Equipment consists of:

20 m3 feeding bunker
2200 x 6000 mm vibrating screen
750 x 7500 mm double helix screw washer
