UPVC Borewell Pipes
These types of pipes are used for bore well/tube well applications upto the depth of 250mtrs. The Casing Pipes are available from 1+÷ (40mm) to 10÷ (250mm) sizes, in CS & CM types for shallow wells & medium depth wells respectively. The Ribbed screen are available from 3÷ (80mm) to 10÷ (250mm)sizes. The casing pipes & ribbed screens are manufactured in accordance with IS:12818:1995 and threaded as per IS:554 BS:21 for sizes upto 80mm (3÷) while 4÷ (110mm) and above sizes are provided with trapezoidal threads.
The Rising Main Pipes are basically having dimension of schedule-80 pipes as per ASTM D-1785 & provided with square threads. Rising main pipes are used for tube wells & can be used with submersible pumps and jet pumps.
Special rubber sealing rings are provided to have leak proof joints and to absorb vibrations in the system.
