WHAT IS STATIONARY RMC PLANT
HZS 50 series is a medium stationary rmc plant with capacity of 50 m3/h. It adopts twin shaft compulsory mixer and belt feeding system, which is widely used in large and medium scale building works, road and bridge works and concrete products prefabrication plants.

1) JS1000 Concrete Mixer

It not only can work independently, but also can work with PLD series aggregate batcher to make a simple concrete plant or adopted as the mixer in the high-end concrete batching plant.

2) Cement Silo of HZS50 Concrete Batching Plant

It is steel cement silos, equipped with safety valve, level indicator and screw conveyor. All these ensure efficient working performance.

3) Sand and stone feeding system

It uses flat belt or herringbone belt, and equipped with maintenance sidewalk, which is the ideal selection for the construction units to produce high quality concrete.
