Working principle of linear vibrating screen
The driving force of linear vibrating screen is double vibrating motor, which relies on the excitation generated by vibrating motor to carry out operation. When two identical motors rotate in the reverse direction together, the eccentric block on the top will generate vibration force, which will be superimposed into a resultant force in the longitudinal and lower direction of the motor axis, and offset each other in the transverse direction of the motor axis, that is to say, the motion track of the screen machine is a straight line. Compared with the two motor shafts, the screen surface has a certain inclination in the vertical and downward direction. Under the dual action of vibration force and the gravity of the material itself, the material on the screen surface is thrown forward to make a jumping linear movement, so as to correctly fit the screen and complete the screening operation.
