Rochon polarizer is made of two birefringent material prisms cemented or optically contacted together. The Rochon prism was invented by and is named after Abb Alexis Marie Rochon. It is in many ways similar to the Wollaston prism, but the ordinary ray passes through the prism undeviated. Any separation angle can be designed according to request of customers.
