Youli Automation laser soldering machine adopts German Mergenthaler high-end laser soldering module to provide products in the fields of high temperature measurement, laser technology and process automation.
The temperature feedback of the laser soldering machine is 10,000 times per second, and the high-frequency temperature feedback is more handy when dealing with complex and precise solder joints.
In order to save space and wiring costs, the controller components are integrated. The system provides a powerful software package called lasc process management (LPM) for setting temperature distribution, planning monitoring, quality control, visualization, and process data storage.
