Odor: It should have a specific odor. It should be devoid of abnormal odors.
Color: It should be natural, homogeneous from light brown to dark brown, and homogeneous from sulfuric yellow to orange.
Our dried apricots allow the production of a product suitable for TS 485 in terms of their physical properties.
