The kernels would be dry and have the characteristic shape. they would be free from oil (CNSL) and the think outer skin.

Cashew kernels would have the natural smell and free of rancid or any other unnatural smell

3. Cashew Kernel Preservation



Cashew kernels would be preserved in a dry clean place, far from heat resource. The storage of preservation would be closed, dry clean, free from foreign smell, no insect, rodents



4. Packing:



In flexion/vacuum plastic bags or Tin box, then load in carton boxes. Each carton of 22.68 kg net. Total 700 cartons
