WOODPECKERPLY Film Faced Concrete Shuttering Plywood is one of our premium products widely used for form (concrete shuttering) works across the globe. It is made using 100% eco-friendly plantation wood (rubber wood) veneers, which are as good as hardwood veneers with a density of 700 Kgs per CBM. These veneers are machine dried and bonded with high quality phenol formaldehyde (100% Boiling Water Proof) resin or MUF resin (Moisture Resistant) under controlled temperature and pressure. It is further covered with resin â?? treated paper that turns into a protective film during production. Edges are sealed with water based acrylic paint.
