Only at this point the Transaction will proceed with the following Procedure
BASIC PROCEDURES
1. Buyer sends LOI signed and sealed confirming the Full acceptance of the Proposal
2. Seller responds with FCO to be returned signed and sealed as for Confirmation/ Acceptance
3. Seller sends Draft Contract to the Buyer, open for amendments, buyer fills in details, signs and resends to Seller signed copy, Seller can sign and return final copy to the Buyer.
4. Seller and buyer signs CONTRACT respectively.
5. Seller Prepare INVOICE and send to Buyer for Buyer to make BANK TO BANK TRANSFER advance trade deposit (1st Shipment ) Down Payment Percentages for the above listed quantity order to facilitate production, vessel booking, documentation, and other logistics associated as local charges for tax, mobilize the barrels from stockyards to loading port, booking order, reservation, international inspection fee, insurance fee, loading fee, port handling fee and booking of space in the Vessel. with the first batch of your order.
This amount is essential to cover the costs associated with raw materials, such as steel, production, and coated paint, and booking of vessels (cargo ship) required for the first batch of production.
The down payment will ensure that we can commence production without any delays and maintain the quality standards we both expect.
Most importantly, securing the vessel booking is crucial, and we need to proceed with this ahead of time to ensure timely delivery.
Down Payment Percentage Terms:
Under 500,000 the percentage is to be agreed between 10% up to 25% (Only first Shipment)
500,000 drums with a payment term of 5% down payment (Only first shipment)
1,000,000 drums with a payment term of 3% down payment (Only first shipment
2,000,000 drums and above a payment term of 1% down payment (Only first shipment)
Please note that this advance payment is specifically for the first shipment. All subsequent shipments and the remainder of the agreement will be managed under the Standby Letter of Credit (SBLC) terms or LC.
6. Seller prepares buyer's order and shipment within 15 Working days for 1 batch shipment depending on the quantity order.
7. Seller notifies buyer and schedule an appointment with buyer or buyer representative when the goods (barrels) are ready (after production), to visit for inspection to check quality of the barrels and witness loading and packing at the final stockyard.
8. Seller registers the goods for shipment and hand over all shipping documents and other shipping documents necessary for this order or send by postal service (DHL, FedEx)
9. Buyer makes a balanced payment by Standby Letter of Credit (SBLC) terms or LC after 3rd party inspection of the goods at the destination port.
10. The seller will notify the shipping company to provide 14 days for the buyer to offload.
